Sermon Title: The Gospel’s Power to Transform
Passage: Romans 6:1-14
- When Christians continue living in sin, they _misunderstand_ its _nature_ (v 1-4)
- When Christians continue living in sin, they are _selling_ their __freedom_ (v 5-6)
- For Christians to defeat their sin, they must claim Jesus’ _Victory_ (v 8-10)
- When Christians put away their sins, they _disarm_ the enemy (v 11-14)
Memory Verse:
John 14:21 Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.”
