Sermon Title: People Who Get the Good News Out

Passage: John 1:35-51

1. John shares about Jesus because John _knows_ himself; We must know our place as well (v35-37)

2. Andrew shares about Jesus because Andrew has _experienced_ the Messiah; We must experience Jesus’ Character (v38-42)

3. Philip shares about Jesus because Philip was _called_; We must recognize Jesus’ calling (v43-46)

4. Jesus shares himself with Nathanael because he wanted Nathanael to enjoy _heaven_; We must share in Jesus’ heart for the lost (v47-51)

Memory Verse

Psalms 119:2 Blessed are those who keep his statutes

and seek him with all their heart
